Welcome to All Paws Pet Care!

By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking & Appointments

We’re so excited to meet you and your pup! Here’s how our booking process works.

Reservations:

Appointments are by reservation only. We offer in-home grooming, which takes place inside your home for a calm, stress-free experience.


First-Time Clients

All first-time clients must complete our Liability Waiver Form before services can be provided. You’ll receive a link to this when you book.


Before We Arrive

Please ensure your pet is accessible, clean and dry before our arrival. Grooming tools don’t work well on wet or muddy coats, and we want the best results for you pup. If your pet has been for a swim or rainy walk, a quick towel dry beforehand is greatly appreciated. 


Travel Fees

A travel fee applied to appointments located more than 5 km from our home base. This fee helps cover transportation time and costs, and is a separate charge added to your final invoice.


5 – 9.9 km -      $10

10 – 14.9 km -  $20

15 – 19.9 km -  $25

20 – 24.9 km -  $30

25 – 29.9 km -  $35 

30 km (max) -   $40 flat 

Over 30km: Not currently servicing this distance – but please reach out, as special arrangements may be possible.

2. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows

We kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. As a small business, last-minute changes have a real impact on our schedule and other clients. To help us stay on track please review the following policies:

Late Cancellations (Less than 48 hours)

Your $50 non-refundable deposit will be retained.

Cancelled at the Door / No One Home

If we arrive and no one is home, or the appointment is canceled in person at the scheduled time, a $70 fee will apply. This includes your $50 non-refundable deposit plus a $20 travel inconvenience fee.

Grace Period

We offer a 15-minute grace period from the scheduled start time. If we have not received a response or been granted access by 15 minutes past the appointment time, the appointment will be considered a no-show and the $70 fee will be charged.

Payment of Fees

All cancellation and no-show fees are due immediately and must be paid before any future appointments can be booked.

Life Happens 

We truly understand that emergencies arise. If you’re facing an exceptional situation, please reach out. We always do our best to be compassionate and fair whenever possible.

3. Payments

Deposit: A $50 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your final invoice.

Final Payment: Full payment of the remaining balance is due at the time of service. We accept credit/debit cards (via Square), cash, and e-transfer.

Taxes: HST (13%) will be added to all services as required by law.

Failed Payments: If a payment is declined or not received by the end of the appointment, the client will be contacted immediately to arrange an alternative form of payment. Future appointments may be held until any outstanding balance is cleared. 


Security & Privacy: All card payments are securely processed through Square, a trusted-third party provider. We do not store or have access to your full card details.

4. Privacy & Data

Your privacy is important to us. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal information with care, in accordance with Canadian privacy laws (PIPEDA). 

What We Collect & Why

We collect only the information necessary to provide our services, including your name, contact details, address, and relevant information about your pet. We use this information to:

  • Schedule and manage your appointments

  • Send confirmations, reminders, and service updates

  • Occasionally share important business updates or community news (you may opt out at any time).

Data Sharing & Security

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties, except as required to process payments (see below).

Payment Security

All payments are processed securely through Square, a trusted third-party provider that is PCI-compliant and uses industry-standard encryption. We do not store, access, or see your full credit card details at any point.

In the unlikely event of a security issue on Square’s platform, Square follows strict protocols to manage and secure cardholder data. While we are not responsible for third-party systems, we are committed to communicating openly with you and supporting you through any necessary steps.


How Long We Keep Your Info

We keep your information for as long as you’re a client, so we’re always ready for your next booking. If you ever move away or no longer need our services, just let us know and we’ll happily delete your details from our records.
